Orchidée botanique, Jumellea arachnantha est une espèce de taille moyenne, originaire des Comores, où elle pousse dans les forêts entre 1200 et 1800 mètres d'altitude.
Feuillage en éventail.
Floraison printemps, sur des tiges érigées d'une 20aine de centimètres portant chacune une fleur blanche très parfumée. Odeur proche du jasmin.
Plante livrée non fleurie, sauf mention contraire.
