Here you will find our selection of orchids belonging to the Pleurothallidinae subtribe. Masdevallia and allied genera (Dracula (Monkey Head Orchids), Restrepia, Lepanthes) are native to Central America as far as the Antilles and South America where they grow mainly in cloud forests (in the Andes in particular).

These are orchids from temperate to cold climates, which appreciate little light, high humidity and good ventilation.
