Description
Paphiopedilum kolopakingii est une espèce terrestre de grande taille (jusqu'à 1,5 mètre d'envergure à la taille adulte), originaire de Bornéo (dans le centre de Kalimantan). Il pousse dans les forets sur les flancs de collines entre 600 et 1100 mètres d'altitude.
Floraison au printemps, sur une tige érigée portant jusqu'à une dizaine de fleurs vertes et brunes qui s'ouvriront simultanément et sont parfumées.
Plante livrée non fleurie, sauf mention contraire.
