We take the greatest care to ship your packages.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday (this is to avoid packages spending the weekend with the carrier).
=>Orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
=>Orders placed between Monday and Tuesday are shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you choose to pay by check, we will prepare your order after receiving your check.
The plants are selected in our production greenhouse, in Saint-Jean de Boiseau, on the day of your order and reserved until their shipment.
We use kraft paper to wrap them so that the substrate does not leak out during the journey and then we wedge them in the boxes using corn starch packing chips (biodegradable, water soluble).
We only work with Colissimo, delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery solution chosen and displayed in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
When receiving your package, if you have any doubts about the condition of the package, do not hesitate to report it on the delivery slip to the postman. When opening your package, carefully open the packaging of each plant to avoid damaging them.
We reserve the right to suspend or postpone the shipment of packages containing plants when weather conditions may harm them or during weeks with public holidays that may delay delivery. In these cases, we will contact you to inform you of the shipping difficulty.
If your order is a gift
You can of course specify this to us so that we do not add the invoice to the package. You can also indicate a delivery address different from the billing address if this makes it easier for you to receive the package.
