Description
Description
Masdevallia tovarensis is a small epiphytic orchid, endemic to the state of Aragua and the Federal District of Venezuela (around the capital, Caracas), growing at altitudes between 1,600m and 2,400m.
Autumn-winter flowering. Each flower stem (about 15 centimeters long) bears 2 to 4 white flowers. The stems should not be cut because this Masdevallia has the particularity of being able to rebloom for several years in a row on the same flower stems.
Grown in sphagnum.
